From the very beginning, Cory and his wife Katie built Built Upon A Rock Construction LLC with grit, vision, and faith. They are proudly family-owned and operated, serving both Washington and Idaho—including counties like Whitman, Spokane, Lincoln, Franklin, Garfield, Columbia, Asotin, and Latah, Nez Perce, and Benewah.

Through trial and error, multiple failures, and countless lessons learned in the field, Cory discovered that success didn’t come from doing everything—it came from doing the right things well. That realization led to carefully niching the company’s services around what they did best: excavation, septic installation, and full site preparation.
